Product Warranty
We stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 3 month warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers any defects in materials or workmanship under normal use and service.
If you believe your product is defective, please contact us at support@birddeterrents.com.au with your order number, a description of the issue, and any supporting documentation or images. We will review your request and provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) for inspection.
To be eligible for a warranty claim, the item(s) must have been purchased from our store and be accompanied by proof of purchase. The warranty is only valid for the original purchaser and is not transferable. Warranty will be voided if the device has been tampered with, such as by dismantling the box and attempting any repairs or altering it's original manufacturing.
Upon receipt of the item(s), we will inspect them to determine if the issue is covered by the warranty. If the issue is covered, we will repair or replace the item(s) at our discretion. If the item(s) cannot be repaired or replaced, we will issue a refund for the original purchase price.
Please note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, or accidents, nor does it cover normal wear and tear. Additionally, the warranty does not cover shipping costs for returning the item(s) to us.
