We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we offer a refund or exchange within 30 days of the original purchase date.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, the item(s) must be in their original condition, unused, and with all packaging attached. We reserve the right to refuse a refund or exchange if the item(s) are not in their original condition.

To initiate a refund or exchange, please contact us at support@birddeterrents.com.au with your order number and a description of the issue. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s) and process your refund or exchange.

Please note that we do not cover shipping costs for returns unless the item(s) were defective or incorrect. If you are returning a defective or incorrect item, please contact us before sending it back to us, so we can arrange for the shipping costs to be covered.

Once we receive your returned item(s), we will inspect them to ensure they are in their original condition. If approved, we will process your refund or exchange within 14 business days.
